📋 Description

• Provide technical support and service to customers • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of systems • Install and configure equipment and software • Complete on-site inspections of gas facilities • Investigate specific findings • Document all inspection results and maintain accurate service records • Maintain a safe work environment • Communicate respectfully with customers • Work independently without supervision across the client's 18-county service territory after training • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs • Travel to support additional projects as required • Report directly to the Field Service Supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience in field service or face-to-face customer service • Must participate in training and pass operator qualifications for service • Must pass DOT drug screen • Valid driver's license with driving record acceptable to Honeywell • High School Diploma or equivalent • Ability to carry required tools and a 10–15 lb tool bag regularly for extended periods and distances • Ability to spend long periods standing and/or walking on concrete and other surfaces • Ability to correctly wear required personal protective gear, including safety shoes, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles/face shield, hearing protection, safety harness, and resistant gloves • Gas Leak Surveys and Inspections experience valued • College degree or technical certification valued • Basic MS Office skills valued • Customer service and people skills valued • Ability to follow instructions valued • Must be a US Citizen due to contractual/security clearance requirements
