• Provide primary technical pre-sales support to assigned account representatives • Influence customers toward Honeywell Productivity Solutions & Services • Support device integration and arrange testing for customer acceptance • Coordinate integration activities with internal and external support groups • Consult prospective users on product capability • Provide valuable input for product development • Travel up to 75%
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology or business discipline • 3+ years in customer sales support activities, analyzing customer business needs, and designing solutions to address client needs. • Working knowledge of network connectivity • Software development experience • Strong project management skills • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships • Self-motivated, hardworking, results orientated and problem solver with a positive outlook • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills • The ability to adapt to changing schedules and customer requirements • Understanding of Enterprise level solutions
