📋 Description

• Provide a full range of crisis and stabilization services for clients with diverse behavioral health needs • Conduct behavioral health assessments for individuals in acute crisis • Collaborate with peers, nurses, and other professionals to deliver crisis interventions, de-escalation, and supportive counseling • Coordinate care with support systems, arranging transportation to ERs, shelters, or outpatient services as needed • Refer individuals to outpatient facilities and services using established processes • Deliver short-term, evidence-based counseling within scope of practice for individuals and families • Serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders • Maintain compliance with BCRI policies, procedures, and professional expectations • Perform additional authorized tasks aligned with the role

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Social Work (MSW) • Maryland licensure: LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C • At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred • Strong clinical judgment and crisis intervention skills • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license required • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems preferred • Ability to provide services in Garrett County or Allegany County, Maryland • Travel percentage up to 50%
