📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather requirements, and document actionable insights • Review Business Cases, contracts, and other project artifacts for alignment with objectives and requirements • Facilitate requirements elicitation and Feature refinement sessions • Create, maintain, and align Features in Azure DevOps using Parent/Child relationships and related links • Develop process flows, context diagrams, and current/future state process documentation • Transition refinement-ready features to the Product Owner • Apply advanced modeling techniques to elicit and document requirements for complex projects • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery • Mentor junior analysts and promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing • Coordinate with IT, product owners, business stakeholders, and other departments • Analyze dashboards and metrics, correct data, and optimize business processes • Provide requirements and change-control input for project status reports • Partner with Program/Project Managers to deliver Epics and Features by milestone dates • Resolve escalated items and escalate issues, risks, and blocked features with relevant leaders • Prepare and present reports, recommendations, findings, and progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders • Perform other duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience is required • Master’s degree is preferred • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in requirements management is required • Healthcare delivery and/or payer industry experience is preferred • Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, JIRA, Modern Requirements, or equivalent business requirements management tools is preferred • Experience with software development processes, including hybrid/agile, is preferred • Strong analytical skills • Track record of successful requirements delivery • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Visio • Knowledge of IT development cycle and Agile Framework • Thorough understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and requirements elicitation tools • Thorough understanding of project lifecycle processes, techniques, and tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Effective listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Time management, prioritization, multitasking, and flexibility skills • Familiarity with healthcare payer industry and knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace is preferred • Familiarity with healthcare payer industry and knowledge of Mergers and Acquisitions is preferred • IIBA, Six Sigma, ITIL, and/or Agile, Lean, SAFe certifications are preferred
