📋 Description

• Manage large-scale portfolio programs aligned to strategic objectives and comprising multiple projects • Deliver LTSS and Dual Eligible programs successfully • Coordinate cross-functional activities throughout the organization • Ensure milestone deliverables are completed and approved throughout the program lifecycle • Improve program and project management practices, processes, and tools • Complete program closure activities • Lead stakeholders in refining program design • Identify and assign business and IT resources with functional owners, IT, and EPMO • Ensure compliance with LTSS requirements • Capture and consolidate LTSS program KPIs • Manage program scope, schedule, and change impacts • Work with business executives to align programs with strategy and ensure funding, resourcing, and management • Maintain the program stakeholder matrix • Drive cross-functional communication • Develop project communication and training plans with Talent Development and Communications • Facilitate program stakeholder meetings and represent the program in governance meetings • Review and approve program meeting minutes • Report regularly and maintain communications with senior management, stakeholders, and executive sponsors • Track, compile, and report program metrics and budget • Identify and manage risks, mitigation strategies, contingency plans, issues, hindrances, and blockers • Maintain the program RAID • Manage the program SharePoint site and document repository • Produce reports, business decision documents, meeting minutes, and notifications • Develop program operations and support plans • Perform other related duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Computer Science or related field required, or equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education • Master's degree in related field preferred • Three (3) years of program management experience required • CSSBB certification required • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, and Outlook • Experience working in project management software required • Excellent analysis and reporting skills • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Excellent critical listening and thinking skills • Ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels and external parties • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to shape approaches and gain consensus • Ability to lead a project team of 20+ core members and multiple vendors • Experience managing a project with a budget of up to $10M+ • Ability to prioritize work and assignments to deliver projects on time and on budget • Deep understanding of project management processes, techniques, tools, and development lifecycle, ideally Agile • Strong experience in the healthcare payer industry and knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare • General office environment; may sit or stand for extended periods
