📋 Description

• Provide support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities, varying by assignment • Support multiple initiatives and coordinate work across teams • Review assessments, workflows, and business requirements to identify efficiency improvements • Support process standardization and implementation as new care models and processes are rolled out across different markets • Participate in projects that impact the company • Attend Journey-to-the-Job seminars with CareSource leaders • Work with an assigned mentor and former interns • Build new skills through real-world experience • Work in a general office environment and may sit or stand for extended periods

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required • Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Strong program/project management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to support process standardization and implementation • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Effective listening and critical thinking skills • Dependable and flexible • Ability to maintain confidential information • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail • No licensure or certification required
