📋 Description

• Provide support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities according to assignment • Analyze business processes, data, and technology solutions to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities within a healthcare IT environment • Gather, research, and document business requirements, workflows, and process maps • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders and decision-makers • Leverage analytical tools, AI technologies, and foundational IT infrastructure knowledge to support process improvement and business objectives • Participate in projects that impact the company • Attend Journey-to-the-Job seminars and network with CareSource leaders • Work with an assigned mentor and former interns • Build new skills and gain real-world experience

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required • Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Effective listening and critical thinking skills • Dependable and flexible, with ability to maintain confidential information • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
