📋 Description

• Support CAHPS survey efforts across Medicare, Medicaid and Marketplace • Review and consolidate CAHPS survey results to identify trends, strengths and areas for improvement in member and provider experience • Integrate competitor, geographic and population data to share enterprise and localized approaches to CAHPS strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders on strategies and initiatives that enhance member engagement and satisfaction • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive informed decision-making • Provide support on special projects, initiatives and assignment-specific activities

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required • Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Effective listening and critical thinking skills • Dependable and flexible, with ability to maintain confidential information • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Licensure and certification: None
