📋 Description

• Provide support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities varying by assignment • Analyze internal and external data sets • Attend cross-disciplinary team meetings and workstreams to understand departmental initiatives • Advocate for appropriate information • Create and execute a survey to understand member needs, preferences, and experiences • Summarize survey responses and use results to inform CareSource's response to identified opportunities • Gain immersion in NCQA and health plan accreditation, HEDIS measures, and Quality Improvement science • Prepare documentation and required components for Ohio Medicaid's NCQA Health Outcome accreditation • Work in a general office environment and potentially sit or stand for extended periods

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required • Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Effective listening and critical thinking skills • Dependable, flexible and able to maintain confidential information • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail • No licensure or certification required
