📋 Description

• Partner across technology teams, clinical operations, marketing, and leadership throughout the full product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and ongoing iteration • Translate business goals, user needs, and stakeholder input into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Support the product roadmap by prioritizing work, tracking progress, and aligning stakeholders • Conduct user and customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis • Gather, organize, and analyze product data and help define and monitor success metrics • Coordinate day-to-day execution through sprint planning, ticket writing and grooming, and team unblocking • Collect feedback from customers, clinical teams, sales, and customer success and incorporate it into the product process • Document workflows, decisions, and processes • Contribute to go-to-market efforts with marketing and customer-facing teams

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in product management or a closely related role, such as product analyst, business analyst, program coordinator, or comparable cross-functional experience • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and functions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Comfort making data-informed decisions and working with product and analytics data • Familiarity with agile development practices and common product management tools • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience • Experience with healthcare, digital health, or virtual care is preferred • Startup or high-growth environment experience is preferred • Exposure to B2B or healthcare products or services is preferred • Familiarity with Figma, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, or similar is preferred • Windows 10 or later or macOS 13 or later computer; Chromebooks, Linux machines, and smartphones are not accepted • Wired headphones • Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload • Wired connection to the router using an Ethernet cable • Google Chrome with Amazon WorkSpaces • Webcam or built-in video capability for video calls
