📋 Description
• Answer incoming calls from patients and their families • Provide support and information about healthcare services • Triage calls and route them to the appropriate department • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older • High school diploma or GED • 6+ months of customer service experience • Basic computer skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English & Spanish • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to handle stressful situations • Willingness to learn and grow • Must be able to pass a background check for pre-employment screening
