📋 Description

• Directly manage a team of genetic counselors and/or nurse navigators delivering patient-facing services • Provide day-to-day oversight, coaching, and mentorship to drive high performance and development • Conduct performance reviews, monitor key metrics, and support hiring and onboarding activities • Foster a culture of empathy, accountability, and clinical excellence aligned to a patient-first philosophy • Provide pre- and post-test education related to MCED testing • Ensure accurate, empathetic, and consistent patient counseling across all interactions • Support escalated or complex patient cases • Oversee coordination of patient care pathways • Ensure continuity of care and timely follow-up • Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Product, and Commercial teams • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinical SOPs

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical background (Genetic Counselor, RN, or equivalent) • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred • 5–8+ years of relevant experience • 2–5 years leadership experience • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare system • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
