📋 Description

• Manage an assigned-geography product roadmap from concept through commercial adoption • Partner with local commercial teams on product development, launch, and widespread adoption • Deliver the operating plan and achieve growth objectives • Identify customer and company needs and develop tailored strategies • Collaborate across business units on go-to-market strategies and ensure end-to-end execution • Advise client partners on technology-based solutions • Provide business solutions to large hospital systems, GPO/IDN, and other relevant business customers • Provide business solutions to hospital and laboratory professionals • Analyze business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans for the assigned geography • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the Liquid Product Market • Maintain knowledge of competitive products, services, technology solutions, and reimbursement/billing issues in the Liquid Oncology Market • Provide post-sales service and identify additional business opportunities • Maintain assigned company assets • Submit weekly reports, business plans, expense reports, CRM updates, and other administrative tasks • Demonstrate knowledge of technology solutions and competitive strategies using company resources and training • Meet targets and goals set by management • Provide meeting and trade show support • Support physicians with ordering and interpretation of the Caris Liquid Product Platform

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university • 5–7 years of experience within molecular diagnostics or relevant industry • Strong knowledge of oncology therapeutics, surgical oncology intervention, and molecular laboratory science • Working knowledge of oncology biomarkers and associated drug response is a major advantage • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • General working knowledge of the Internet for business use • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance meeting Caris's requirements • Willingness to travel regularly, locally or on day trips, to meet clients and prospects in person • Spend 75% of time in the field meeting clients and prospects • MBA preferred • 5–7+ years of successful diagnostic sales experience preferred • Successful completion of required pre-employment screening and reference verification
