📋 Description

• Coordinate scheduling of HVI procedure center suites, procedure labs, bedside procedures, and biopsies • Identify missing information and discrepancies in procedure type, surgeon, and times • Manage administrative time for the VIR Associate Medical Director and HVI Quality Directors • Enter, update, monitor, verify, confirm, and distribute case schedules • Validate supplies used in EPIC and the inventory system and bill patients accordingly • Reconcile par levels from Spacetrax and validate EPIC with Lawson supplies within the Intra-OP Navigator • Assist with same-day add-ons and case statistics • Monitor depot and procedure lists for prior authorization status and communicate outliers • Adjust procedure center schedules and communicate changes to provider offices and other stakeholders • Assist in other areas as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Work experience in healthcare • Ability to coordinate scheduling with providers, anesthesia services, and ancillary services • Ability to enter, update, monitor, verify, confirm, and distribute schedules • Experience validating EPIC and inventory system supplies and reconciling inventory levels • Ability to process billing for items used during procedures • Ability to monitor prior authorization status and communicate with medical insurance and appropriate disciplines • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:30 day shift • No weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements
