📋 Description

• Become an expert in the Viessmann product line, including installation, start-up and commissioning, service, troubleshooting, and associated technology • Deliver engaging product education and training for North America sales representatives and customers • Establish and showcase a signature teaching style that maximizes student engagement and retention • Deliver targeted training sessions for sales teams, wholesalers/distributors, and trade contractors/dealers • Collaborate with other Academy instructors on Academy curricula • Maintain and create presentations, course agendas, and class handouts • Adapt training materials for in-territory and travel training • Assist with developing, designing, and implementing tools for in-territory training, including traveling control simulators and the infomobile fleet • Oversee or assist with driving, field maintenance, and upkeep of the infomobile • Perform additional tasks as required during the business year

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED with a Trade School Certificate or 5+ years apprenticeship • 3+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC/R • 2+ years of public speaking or teaching experience • Travel up to 75% of the time for in-territory classroom trainings or as needed within North America (United States and Canada) • Must reside near a major airport • Preferred location in the West or Midwest regions • Experience providing educational trainings to customers and/or employees • Technical experience in condensing boilers and heat pumps for residential and/or commercial applications • Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides presentation creation • Baseline proficiency in file management, internet navigation, operating systems, and office productivity software • Tradesperson licensing for gas fitter and/or refrigeration would be an asset • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and Microsoft Word or Google Docs
