📋 Description

• Install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems • Work with the team to ensure controls, sensors, and software run right while configuring trends and alarms • Maintain accurate construction records and communicate project status clearly to the team and customers • Travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and project locations to keep field operations on track • Sharpen your skills through self-directed learning

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Hold a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier • Lift items up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as squat and climb for extended periods • Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment • Preferred Qualifications: Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field • Basic understanding of BAS integration and TCP/IP networking (including wireless) • Experience in building automation software, such as WebCTRL, and installing building automation controls • Ability to explain technical info to non-technical people and work well within a team • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
