📋 Description

• Develop product knowledge • Maintain effective communication with field team members to understand individual support requirements • Perform basic diagnostic procedures • Partner with repair technicians to resolve problems • Analyze information to help resolve design/system related problems • May repair, install, or design equipment, tools, and products • Cover the US and Canada

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry in a technical support role • 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to pass an MVR with a clean and valid driver’s license • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or building HVAC (preferred) • Strong problem solving and planning skills • Ability to read and understand scope of work • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Experience in dealing with a number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of many different disciplines • A true team player who has the customer’s best interests first and foremost
