📋 Description

• Provide ongoing oversight of third-party service providers and monitor continued compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines • Review and assess documentation for existing vendors’ annual reviews • Monitor vendor compliance documents, contract milestones, and termination process documents • Maintain an assigned pool of vendors and escalate risks, material business changes, and privacy issues • Monitor and maintain the Vendor Management Department inbox • Manage ongoing vendor reviews and annual contract obligations • Maintain vendor management system accuracy and issue timely vendor notifications • Conduct due diligence collection and document evaluation for new third-party vendors • Serve as the first point of contact for vendors and provide status updates and ongoing communication • Review FNMA/FHLMC documentation, submit it for approval, and update stakeholders on approval changes • Coordinate marketing and mortgage lending vendor invoices • Keep internal system-of-record documents current and entered upon receipt • Respond to QCVM site audit exceptions and track remediation plans • Support vendor communication requests and track acknowledgements • Research potential new service providers for onboarding consideration • Log consumer complaints and coordinate remediation responses • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter willing to take-on tasks with minimal supervision and deliver results • Ability to work independently and effectively in a complex environment and regulatory conditions • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and Visio • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Ability to organize and meet deadlines • Excellent document interpretive and comprehension skills • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience • One (1) or more years of experience in the financial services industry; mortgage servicing, auditing, finance, compliance, or vendor management work experience
