📋 Description

• Manage assigned commercial pipeline orders to order searches, issue the title commitment, manage the clearance process, prepare closing statements, and other matters to assure an efficient process is executed and closings are completed in a timely manner. • Work with Management to assure clients and their representatives are quickly responded to and treated with the utmost professionalism. • Comply with relevant regulatory practices surrounding the title and settlement business. • Train personnel as necessary as assigned by management to support the business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred • State title / escrow licenses preferred • Two (2) to five (5) years’ of commercial title experience preferred. • Refinance closing experience preferred.
