📋 Description

• Own day-to-day administration and ongoing optimization of Workday (HCM, Benefits, US Payroll, and more) • Configure and maintain workflows, security roles, organizational structures, and business processes – such as employee reviews, goal setting, etc. • Partner with People Ops, Payroll, Finance, Legal and IT to support system needs and cross-functional processes • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support People insights and operational needs • Ensure data integrity and governance, including audits, validations, and cleanup initiatives • Troubleshoot system issues and manage enhancements, releases, and updates • Document system processes, standards, and configurations • Identify and implement automation and process improvements to reduce manual work • Support integrations with external systems (payroll, benefits, etc.) • Partner on audit readiness and compliance requirements related to HR systems

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Workday administration • Hands-on experience with Workday configuration (business processes, security, reporting, EIB loads and integration support) • Experience supporting HR, Payroll, or People Ops processes through systems • Strong understanding of data structures, reporting, and system workflows • Experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll teams • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
