📋 Description

• Lead complex, multi-component, multi-country clinical studies as a subject matter expert • Translate high-level project scope into robust, operationally sound project plans and deliverables • Provide high-autonomy, consultative project delivery for specialised or new services • Manage technical and operational dependencies with minimal oversight • Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring internal project cohesion • Proactively identify and manage risks and downstream impacts • Act as a pivotal bridge and consultant to customers • Articulate challenges and guide external stakeholders toward effective solutions • Ensure technical solutions align with site workflows, patient centricity and study-specific operational requirements • Deliver projects without direct people-management responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in managing highly complex projects within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for clinical software • Strong understanding of EDC/CDMS, eConsent and eCOA solutions, services and operational strategies • Experience with eCOA services scale licensing, translations, device provisioning, Helpdesk and data management • Strong experience using Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Project (or equivalent) • Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and industry trends • Comprehensive knowledge of clinical study operations, site workflows, patient centricity and study-specific operational requirements • Direct experience or foundational understanding of Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies, including late-phase research data capture and longitudinal tracking needs • Ability to work within +2/-2 CET • Applications not accepted from France, Germany, Spain, or Switzerland
