📋 Description
• Own CatchCo’s technology strategy and execution • Maintain a rolling roadmap tied to business outcomes • Identify, pilot, and deploy AI solutions across the company • Drive development of consumer digital products • Manage the tracking and attribution stack end to end • Own data pipelines from ELT into the warehouse through transformation and BI • Build monitoring for reliability and observability of systems • Scope, estimate, and manage external developers and technology vendors • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in technology management • Hands-on expertise with AI technologies • Knowledge of data pipelines and integration systems • Proficiency in REST APIs and webhooks • Experience managing e-commerce systems like Shopify • Skills in project management and business judgment
