📋 Description

• Build the next generation of WeloData’s platform foundations: raise the bar on release quality, monitoring, and audit readiness, and build the engineering discipline to match the pace of the business’s growth. • Define and execute the product and technology strategy for WeloData, shaping the domain’s 2–3 year roadmap, coordinated with Welo Global’s corporate goals. • Anticipate market, client, and technology trends to position WeloData as an industry leader in the rapidly evolving AI training data space. • Partner with EL leaders to shape cross-domain strategy and ensure integration with the wider Welo Global technology ecosystem. • Direct the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable data and analytics platforms, AI/ML capabilities, and automation solutions for WeloData.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. • Extensive leadership experience in technology strategy, product development, and operations at scale, ideally within data, AI/ML, or SaaS domains. • Demonstrated success in setting long-term technology vision and executing multi-year roadmaps at the domain or enterprise level. • Proven ability to lead global, high-performing technical teams and deliver innovation in fast-paced, client-centric environments. • Strong background in building and scaling data platforms, analytics frameworks, and AI-driven solutions.
