📋 Description

• Helping our supporters grow in the virtue of generosity by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a portfolio or prospects • Scheduling in-person meetings with donor prospects and making direct asks for immediate and long-term funding support • Deepening relationships with existing donors by sharing the incredible impact our organization is having on the culture of the Church and the world • Significant travel will be required to visit prospects and donors • Spending a high percentage of your time in virtual meetings and on the phone educating, cultivating, and stewarding prospects and donors • Tracking your activity in our customer relationship management (CRM) system • Working with the Development team to achieve fundraising goals

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for furthering the mission and vision of CatholicVote • Proven success in fundraising, development, or sales • A results-driven personality • Great people skills. You make friends easily and keep them for a long time. • Persuasive speaking and writing skills • Organized. Prepared. Disciplined about following-up. • Comfortable with technology and a highly data-driven environment
