📋 Description
• Own the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Translate client product intent into clear requirements for agentic delivery • Serve as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and the engineering pod • Coach the team on modern AI ways of working and evolved agile practices • Shift product ownership toward strategic direction as AI agents and automation absorb implementation, ceremonies, and tracking
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO Boards) • Experience with Claude Code and Cowork • Experience with Figma • Some engineering background and a builder mindset • Highly AI-enabled • Professional fluency in English, written and verbal • At least 5 hours of timezone overlap with PST working hours (8am–6pm PST) • Availability for a 6–8 month independent contract, renewable • Contractor/non-employee engagement; 1099 or C2C contract
