📋 Description

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Information Management (PIM) domain • Partner closely with engineering teams on day-to-day execution of the PIM roadmap • Define and prioritize product enhancements based on business needs, customer impact, and technical feasibility • Manage product attributes and specifications, taxonomy and classification, enrichment workflows, content governance, data quality and completeness, and downstream syndication • Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, engineering, sales, and other business stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritize initiatives • Translate business challenges and operational friction into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with the product roadmap • Work with engineering and QA teams throughout development, testing, and release cycles • Establish and monitor product data quality standards and identify improvement opportunities • Improve product-data workflows, automation, governance, and operational efficiency • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives • Communicate roadmap priorities, delivery progress, dependencies, and business outcomes to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, or Product Owner working with PIM, Product Master Data, or similar enterprise data platforms • Experience owning or managing a PIM platform involving product attributes, taxonomy, enrichment, workflows, and downstream syndication • Strong understanding of product data quality, governance, and lifecycle management • Experience developing and managing product roadmaps and backlogs • Demonstrated experience partnering closely with software engineering teams • Ability to translate business requirements and operational challenges into clear product requirements and user stories • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience with enterprise PIM platforms such as Salsify, Akeneo, Informatica PIM, Stibo Systems, Pimcore, or similar solutions • Experience integrating PIM with e-commerce, CRM, ERP, DAM, CPQ, search, or other downstream platforms • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, B2B commerce, or product-centric organizations • Understanding of digital commerce and product discovery experiences • Experience defining KPIs related to product data quality, completeness, enrichment, adoption, and downstream consumption
