📋 Description

• Lead audit engagements for the Insurance practice • Provide superior client service and maintain exceptional client relationships • Manage audit projects and apply strong analytical and project management skills • Lead and develop A&A associates • Support client work across commercial industries • Contribute to business development activities • Travel on a limited basis within the region • Collaborate with professionals across different backgrounds and cultures

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting • Bachelor's degree in accounting • Must be CPA certified • Must have an active CPA license • Experience with Insurance Audits • Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Proven ability to lead and develop A&A associates • Passion for superior client service • Uncompromising integrity • Leadership skills • Strong sense of urgency • Business development skills are a plus • Master's degree preferred
