📋 Description

• Lead the execution and quality assurance of accounting advisory engagements • Oversee accounting positions and manage delivery timelines • Monitor project progress and manage risks in client service delivery • Collaborate on technical accounting positions and quality assurance processes • Translate complex accounting concepts for financial and non-financial audiences • Provide practical guidance to support critical business decisions • Contribute to business development through technical excellence and client relationships • Supervise engagement teams and ensure alignment with deadlines, objectives, and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required) • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required • 10+ years of professional experience in public accounting or a related field • At least 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) • Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Strong organizational and time management skills
