📋 Description

• Enter, maintain and manage organizational data, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Support the professional services team in analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions • Act as a subject matter expert concerning CRM software, data policies and processes • Provide support to the professional services team via JIRA ticket requests • Collaborate with team members to identify improvements in data management and analysis processes • Provide direct internal client support via JIRA tickets

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in data management and analysis • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred • Associates Degree in Business, Data Analytics or similar • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members • Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Excel • Eligibility to work in the United States • Cherry Bekaert will not provide work sponsorship for this position
