📋 Description

• Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side accounting and financial due diligence engagements • Develop relationships with clients and engage in effective interactions with target company executives • Perform quality of earnings and working capital analyses • Identify and evaluate matters that potentially impact enterprise value and the purchase or sales price • Identify and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies • Communicate due diligence findings effectively, both verbally and in writing • Supervise multiple professionals and prioritize tasks • Serve as a hands-on lead for engagements from inception to completion • Participate in performance reviews and new business development activities • Support healthcare-focused M&A engagements within the Deal Advisory practice

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related business discipline • 10+ years of professional services experience • 7+ years of demonstrated healthcare diligence experience with providers and/or payers • Strong GAAP, data analysis/mining and critical thinking skills • Experience working with Private Equity groups preferred • Willingness to travel as needed (expected <15%) • Candidates must demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States • Cherry Bekaert will not provide work sponsorship for this position
