• Support the day-to-day administration of client benefit programs with a focus on Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting, data integrity, client service, and process improvement • Partner with clients and internal teams to collect, review, prepare, and audit data for ACA reporting solutions • Respond to client questions and help ensure timely, accurate reporting outcomes • Prepare, validate, and organize client-provided data for import into ACA reporting technology • Manage multiple priorities and project deadlines, particularly during high-volume reporting periods
• High School Diploma or GED required • 3 to 5 years customer service experience in the insurance industry required • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise • Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally • Effective customer service skills • Proficient use of applicable technology • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
