📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and interpret large sets of financial and operational data from various sources, including ERP, CRM, and other business systems. • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik). • Perform ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives, including profitability, productivity, client trends, and compliance. • Collaborate with business units and leadership to understand data requirements and deliver accurate, timely insights. • Identify trends, patterns, and actionable opportunities for improvement in accounting, audit, tax, and advisory services. • Support data quality initiatives and ensure data integrity across reporting solutions. • Document processes, methodologies, and data definitions to support transparency and repeatability. • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging BI technologies relevant to accounting and professional services. • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling formats. • Assist in the automation of reporting and analytics processes.

🎯 Requirements

• College Degree or equivalent required • 1 year related experience • Proficient use of applicable technology • Ability to follow technical instructions and guidelines • Ability to document daily activities and system functions • Able to work in team environment • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization both internally and externally • Ability to travel as required by business and on-call availability • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
