📋 Description

• Execute core financial due diligence analyses for buy-side and sell-side engagements • Develop clear, well-supported analyses and contribute to high-quality client-ready deliverables • Collaborate closely with engagement team members to understand transaction objectives and translate complex financial findings into practical insights • Communicate effectively with internal team members and clients throughout the engagement lifecycle • Contribute to a high-performance, team-oriented culture by continuously improving technical and professional skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 3 years of experience in related field • Must be able to work in a team environment • Presentation skills mandatory • Must possess analytical skills • Proficient use of applicable technology • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs.
