📋 Description

• Schedule meetings with clients and internal project teams and maintain the team’s shared calendar • Help with onboarding new CCS Analytics projects • Manage the updates and distribution of sales, marketing, and education materials • Assist with the compilation and distribution of the team’s performance metrics to senior leadership • Assist with the compilation and distribution of benchmarking data • Plan and execute conferences and retreats by coordinating logistics, ordering materials, ensuring booth setup is complete, partnering with Marketing, and supporting all aspects of event planning • Create reports as needed to address requests from regional teams and senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an operational or coordinating role • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple small tasks while staying organized and focused • Comfort working with Microsoft Office Suite of tools, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint • One to three years of relevant experience in a professional setting
