• Support the Academics department of CAGS Curriculum Development in providing Christ-centered higher education to high school students • Report to and support the Curriculum Development Coordinator in managing and maintaining systems and processes related to CAGS courses and the university LMS • Aid and support the dual credit application process • Organize digital files • Input and manage data • Maintain the master textbook list • Track textbook edition updates • Check monthly reports for overdue faculty contracts • Review the schedule for updating CCU-created course materials • Respond to common email questions using provided templates • Assist with the desk copy request process and update the log • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree and acceptance into one of CCU's graduate programs required • Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university • Must be accepted and enrolled in one of CCU's graduate programs • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively as a team member and individual contributor • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks • Ability to work under deadlines and manage time effectively • Attention to detail and efficiency • Ability to learn and use Brightspace, Zoom, Adobe Pro, Concourse, Service Desk, and Microsoft Office programs • Energetic, self-starting, results-driven mentality • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Positive demeanor and professional appearance • Committed follower of Jesus Christ with a personal relationship with Christ • Ability to communicate personal faith and apply biblical principles and convictions in the workplace • Strong sense of calling to the ministry of Colorado Christian University • Regular attendance and meaningful involvement in a Bible-believing evangelical local church • Knowledge of the Word of God and passion for Christian education • Must be a traditional evangelical Christian whose lifestyle is compatible with CCU's Statement of Faith and Strategic Priorities • Must be able to walk, stand, sit, reach, balance, stoop, speak clearly, and have appropriate vision and hearing capabilities • Occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds • Able to drive a vehicle, fly by plane, and/or use other modes of transportation • Minimum two-year commitment • Complete the FAFSA and have results sent to CCU for review
• Tuition waiver for completion of a master's degree through Colorado Christian University's College of Adult and Graduate Studies • Remote work arrangement • Wage of $15.16 an hour • Opportunity to pursue academic excellence in a faith-friendly, Christian university environment
