• Lead program evaluation activities, reviewing performance measures, identifying trends, and recommending improvements • Manage, analyze, and quality-check REDCap datasets used for public health surveys, tracking systems, and program reporting • Create reports, summaries, and data visualizations based on REDCap and other program data • Support division leadership by communicating findings from data analysis and evaluation activities • Coordinate data collection workflows and help program teams strengthen data quality • Assist with documentation for grants, public health initiatives, and legislative reporting • Provide guidance to staff on data interpretation, evaluation methods, and reporting practices • Assist programs within the division with implementation of the Language Access Plan
• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, statistics, business, public health, or a related field; OR equivalent relevant experience • Experience with data analysis, program evaluation, or reporting • Familiarity with REDCap or similar data collection platforms preferred • Ability to analyze and present complex data clearly • Strong written communication skills for reports and summaries • Experience with public health, evaluation frameworks, or state programs • Proficiency with Excel, REDCap, and reporting tools such as Power BI • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status as part of the pre-employment process
