📋 Description
• Assist primarily with client screening • Conduct client intakes • Handle follow-up correspondence • Interview candidates for service • Draft documents • Gain experience in estate planning, guardianship, housing, collections, financial abuse, and family law • Participate in a remote internship with training and supervision from CDEL
🎯 Requirements
• Student applicant • Availability during an individual school’s winter break during the 2026–2027 academic year • Interest in Elder Law, Disability Law, Public Interest Law, and/or Housing Law encouraged • Ability to assist with client screening, intakes, follow-up correspondence, interviewing candidates for service, and document drafting
