📋 Description

• Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP Forms processes • Configure form creation, management, and execution • Oversee form settlement and charge calculation processes • Support form cost visibility and analytics • Manage enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure integration between SAP Forms and SAP TM, FI, MM, and SD modules • Configure form settlement documents and invoice verification processes • Support automatic posting of form costs within SAP and relevant interfaces • Ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition • Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams on form invoice reconciliation • Work with S/4HANA, TM, Financial Accounting, MM, SD, EWM, and financial-system-of-record interfaces • Develop and customize SAP Forms, including layout design, form logic, and module integration

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Forms management • Strong knowledge of form settlement and cost distribution • Hands-on configuration experience in SAP Forms and FI • Deep understanding of integration points between SAP Forms, FI, SD, and MM • Experience with form cost calculation, settlement documents, invoice verification, general ledger account determination, and cost postings • Experience with end-to-end Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes • Strong business process knowledge in logistics • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Track record of on-time project delivery • Active DoD Secret clearance required • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Preferred: experience with embedded SAP Forms in SAP S/4HANA • Preferred: experience with intercompany form billing • Preferred: knowledge of revenue recognition impacts of form charges • Preferred: familiarity with EDI/API integrations with carriers • Preferred: federal or public sector environment experience • Preferred: experience in global transportation • Preferred: DoD/DoW IAT Level I Baseline Certification • Preferred: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience • Preferred: certification in SAP Forms or FI
