📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic account plans that support customer growth, retention, and long-term partnership development • Deliver annual sales, volume, and margin objectives across assigned accounts and territories • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities across the Material Protection portfolio • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract renewals to maximize customer value and profitability • Identify emerging market opportunities and provide customer and market insights to support portfolio and growth strategies • Partner with Technical Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Product Management teams to deliver outstanding customer support and project execution • Conduct regular business reviews with customers and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM data, and commercial reporting to support business planning and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Chemistry, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field • MBA or advanced business qualification added advantage • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, key account management, marketing, or commercial leadership roles • Proven success managing strategic accounts and delivering sustainable revenue and margin growth • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and leading complex customer relationships • Strong commercial and financial acumen with excellent consultative selling and influencing skills • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience within chemicals, industrial manufacturing, coatings, wood protection, preservation technologies, or related industries • Knowledge of value-based selling methodologies • Experience supporting new product launches and portfolio expansion initiatives • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics, and pipeline management tools
