They develop and scale proven marketing and fundraising strategies via CDP Labs, provide CRM and marketing-automation platforms and reporting, and offer a full-service Member Services Bureau that handles transactional and analytic work so stations can focus on engagement and major-donor relationships.

📋 Description

• Research and resolve donor issues submitted through the case management system for partner station development staff • Coordinate station pledge drives by creating campaigns and tracking pledge program performance and success • Facilitate fulfillment of donor membership benefits, including thank-you gifts and pledge acknowledgements • Assist Fundraising Operations teams with special projects and day-to-day operational needs • Maintain data quality and integrity within the CRM system • Create donation forms supporting partner station fundraising initiatives • Collaborate with internal technology, marketing, and client services teams • Support fundraising operations for the Member Service Bureau cooperative

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner • Highly organized and detail oriented • Ability to work well with others in an inclusive and open environment • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve within a technological framework • Commitment to learning and adapting within a fast-paced office environment • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus • Non-profit or non-profit-related experience through internships or college coursework is a plus • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Occasional overtime/afterhours work required to meet critical deadlines
