📋 Description

• Define the strategic vision for Services Engagement programs and advise executive leadership • Engage with clients at the highest level and ensure top-tier solutions across their operations • Drive thought leadership and represent the organization at key industry forums • Identify, research, and create financial impact models for new solutions and services • Lead partner-adjacent activities to increase reach and revenue • Educate and interface with presales and delivery teams on practice offerings • Lead and develop transition plans to scale new solutions as a bridge to CDW’s R&D team • Provide corporate development teams with guidance on market trends and capability strengths and gaps • Lead multi-practice architectural engagements across complex customer environments • Advise executive stakeholders and CxO-level clients on integrated technology strategies • Drive innovation and architect digital transformation roadmaps • Design comprehensive multi-practice solutions across infrastructure, cloud, applications, data, security, and AI • Create high-level designs and future-state architectures • Align sales, operations, and delivery stakeholders for multi-practice opportunities • Guide partner selection and ecosystem alignment • Shape high-value opportunities with sales and practice leaders • Build client roadmaps, business cases, and proposals, including SOWs, LOEs, and RFPs • Accelerate pipeline for multi-practice opportunities by navigating internal structures, processes, and approvals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering and 7+ years of experience in IT architecture and engineering, spanning at least 2 technology practice areas OR 11 years of equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience designing multi-practice solutions for complex customer environments • Strong understanding of CDW’s portfolio, including cloud, applications, data, security, modern infrastructure, DevOps, SaaS technologies, and AI • Proven ability to influence business and IT stakeholders at the executive level • Demonstrated success building and delivering enterprise technology roadmaps and digital transformation strategies • Certifications across multiple disciplines, such as AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Architect Expert, a plus • Background in vertical-specific architecture, such as healthcare, financial services, or manufacturing, a plus • Strategic mindset, a plus • Executive presence, a plus • Cross-domain expertise, a plus • Innovation and agility, a plus • Collaborative leadership, a plus • Outcome-driven approach, a plus
