📋 Description

• Drive integration, delivery, and operational excellence for critical programs within CDW’s Global Information Security organization • Partner with security leadership and business stakeholders to execute global initiatives and support strategic goals • Manage complex programs and lead cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and countries • Lead cross-functional working groups, steering committees, and workshops to drive alignment and consensus • Improve operational processes, measure program effectiveness, and use agile practices • Drive communications, identify risks, and create project deliverables • Balance priorities, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful program or project outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field and 7 years of experience in technical program management or project management, preferably in a large-scale and complex environment, OR 11 years of experience in technical program management or project management, preferably in a large-scale and complex environment • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills • Ability to effectively interact with and present to stakeholders, including senior leadership • Ability to create clear, concise, persuasive documents, reports, and presentations • Ability to articulate project requirements, expectations, and status updates • Ability to facilitate productive discussions, resolve issues, and support decision-making • Demonstrated track record managing complex programs and leading cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and countries • Experience leading cross-functional working groups, steering committees, and workshops • Demonstrated experience in operational process improvement, measuring program effectiveness, and using agile practices • Strong track record of high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment • Ability to balance multiple priorities while adapting to changing business needs • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to handle ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and manage risks and dependencies • Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders • Ability to understand technical details of a program to drive communications, identify risks, and create project deliverables • High degree of independence, drive, and ownership • Ability to proactively anticipate needs and ensure the program or project achieves the best outcome for stakeholders
