📋 Description

• Report to the Regional Manager • Serve as a Celsius brand ambassador across grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience store distribution channels • Plan and execute merchandising initiatives • Call on target accounts • Sell in PDQs, displays, and end-cap placements with store managers • Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the Celsius territory manager • Expand product distribution within account guidelines • Stock and merchandise shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers according to brand flow • Rotate backstock according to account guidelines • Place approved point-of-sale materials • Support new store openings and store resets • Take photos and include them in weekly reporting documents • Conduct demonstrations upon request • Maintain organized target and key account lists for weekly and monthly planning • Communicate with territory, district, and regional sales managers as needed • Make 15-20 account calls per day • Track account calls in the Celsius sales app • Submit weekly work logs including mileage • Complete other assigned records or documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising • High school diploma or GED • Ability to work flexible hours and a 40-hour work week, Wednesday through Sunday • Valid U.S. Driver’s License required • Must pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening • Excellent driving record and required insurance/license • Personal vehicle for work use • Must live within the assigned county area • Outstanding customer service commitment • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced industry
