📋 Description

• Report to the Regional Manager • Serve as a Celsius brand ambassador across grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience store distribution channels • Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives • Call on target accounts • Sell in PDQs, displays, and end-cap placements • Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the Celsius territory manager • Expand product distribution within account guidelines • Stock and merchandise shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers according to brand flow • Rotate backstock to displays, racks, cold space, and warm shelves • Place point-of-sale materials as approved • Participate in new store openings and store reset support • Take pictures and include photos with weekly reporting documents • Conduct demos upon request • Maintain an organized list of target and key accounts for weekly/monthly planning • Communicate with territory, district, and regional sales managers as needed • Make 15–20 account calls per day • Track and complete account calls in the Celsius sales app • Submit weekly work logs including mileage • Complete other assigned records or documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising • Prior experience in merchandising a plus • High school diploma or GED • Ability to work flexible hours and a 40-hour work week, Wednesday through Sunday • Excellent driving record and valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurance required • Must pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening • Personal vehicle to use • Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Ability to multitask within a fast-paced industry • Candidate must live within their county area
