📋 Description

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using statistical methods and tools • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to generate actionable insights • Design and build dashboards for internal and customer-facing products using business intelligence tools • Contribute to redesigning existing products and developing iterative enhancement features • Monitor KPIs for business units or projects and provide performance updates • Identify areas for improvement or optimization • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand analytical needs and support data-driven decisions • Identify process improvement opportunities based on data analysis • Support Enterprise Data & Analytics Platform modernization • Contribute to a scalable, self-service solution delivery framework and CI/CD practices • Conduct ad hoc analyses and answer business questions through data mining, modeling, or other analytical techniques • Document processes, methodologies, and findings

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate school and pursuing a bachelor's in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field • Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large datasets • Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.com or similar CRM is preferred • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus • Familiarity with SQL for querying databases is advantageous • Interest in or exposure to dashboard and product design principles, including UX considerations, is a plus • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment • Prior internship experience or analytics-related coursework is beneficial but not required • Must be eligible to work in the US • Sponsorship is not offered to interns • Must be a rising Junior or Senior • GPA of 3.0 or higher • Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree
