📋 Description

• Manage portfolio activities for American Health Packaging and BluePoint Labs product lines • Identify, implement, and communicate customer contract Add/Change/Delete activities • Manage multiple customer contracts, resolve discrepancies with Sales Managers, and ensure compliance with contract terms and obligations • Maintain contract documentation and accuracy across internal systems • Serve as a point of contact for Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, and customers regarding contract inquiries • Conduct contract audits and identify process enhancement and risk mitigation opportunities • Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation • Support standardized reporting functions • Analyze operational, financial, customer, and portfolio performance data • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools • Perform ad hoc analyses related to pricing, contracts, product portfolios, and business performance • Define reporting requirements and analytical solutions with stakeholders and BIA • Validate data quality and implement controls • Apply AI tools to contract management, document review, data extraction, and reporting • Identify and implement automation opportunities • Improve workflows to increase productivity and reduce cycle times • Partner with IT and business teams on automation tools and digital solutions • Drive change management and support adoption of new processes and technologies • Facilitate cross-functional operational excellence and customer experience projects with BIA • Standardize best practices and promote continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field • 2+ years experience in contract administration, business operations, business analytics, or process improvement • Experience with PowerBI, Alteryx, Databricks, Dataiku, Business Objects, or other BI platforms • SQL knowledge is recommended • SAP, SalesForce, and IQVIA knowledge is beneficial • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, distribution, manufacturing, or regulated industries • Hands-on experience with automation, AI-enabled solutions, or continuous improvement methods
