📋 Description

• Update contract pricing and membership information in the contract management database system • Maintain assigned supplier contract files and supplier relationships • Act as key contact for assigned suppliers • Support resolution of invoice inaccuracies and supplier contract issues • Establish and maintain contract documentation files • Validate contract maintenance reports and make database updates • Maintain exception reports and analyze pricing and membership information • Analyze contract discrepancies, identify root causes, and determine corrective actions • Coordinate resolution of complex issues with internal departments and supplier representatives • Support EDI technology projects for assigned suppliers • Support management initiatives and process improvements • Collaborate with distribution centers to troubleshoot contract discrepancies • Receive, identify, and resolve discrepancies associated with assigned supplier contracts • Perform related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations, generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program • Minimum of two to three years of related experience • Working knowledge of contracts administration • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to work well in a team environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data/situations quickly • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through difficult tasks • Ability to perform tasks accurately and thoroughly • Sound decision-making ability • Resourcefulness in pursuing or recommending new ideas or procedures • Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
