📋 Description

• Update contract pricing and membership information in the contract management database system • Maintain assigned supplier contract files and supplier relationships • Act as key contact for assigned suppliers • Support resolution of invoice inaccuracies and contract discrepancies • Establish and maintain contract documentation files • Validate contract maintenance reports and make database changes • Maintain exception reports and analyze pricing and membership information • Identify the source of contract discrepancies and determine appropriate resolution actions • Coordinate complex issue resolution with internal departments and supplier representatives • Support EDI technology projects for assigned suppliers • Support management initiatives and process improvements • Work with distribution centers to troubleshoot discrepancies and update membership and pricing information • Perform related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations, generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program • Normally requires a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of related experience • Working knowledge of contracts administration • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Ability to work well in a team environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data/situations quickly • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through difficult tasks • Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy • Ability to make sound decisions to achieve goals • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
