📋 Description

• Serve as the strategic leader for identifying, prioritizing, and driving artificial intelligence development opportunities across the Health Systems and Government Services Business Unit • Develop, implement, improve, and maintain policies, processes, workflows, and escalation protocols • Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of AI-related activities • Collaborate with cross-functional departments and associates to identify AI opportunities • Drive actions supporting financial performance, operational excellence, and Customer Experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business strategy, business development, corporate strategy, finance, data analytics, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • Master's degree in a related field preferred • 8+ years of experience in strategy, business development, corporate development, management consulting, or a related field required • Proven industry and operating model acumen in regulated and complex environments • Experience leading and governing cross-functional decision-making forums • Ability to negotiate priorities and trade-offs • Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders • Ability to apply advanced analytics, modeling, and forecasting • Experience translating ambiguous business problems into structured analyses, options, and recommendations
