📋 Description

• Coordinate compliance reviews of client-facing scientific processes, records, and deliverables • Maintain compliance documentation, evidence files, logs, and tracking tools • Validate client and project records for completeness, consistency, and control effectiveness • Facilitate issue tracking, corrective actions, and follow-up activities • Collaborate with consulting teams, quality partners, and client stakeholders • Monitor compliance metrics, trends, and exceptions • Support reporting, decision-making, and continuous improvement of client service processes • Support development and standardization of compliance procedures, templates, and work instructions

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required • 2+ years of experience in regulatory operations, regulatory affairs support, scientific consulting operations, or a related field required • Certification in Regulatory Affairs or Regulatory Operations preferred • Certification in project management or project coordination preferred
